See the UNIBEN clearance procedure 2025/2026 for newly admitted UTME/DE Candidates, recently released by the school management of University of Benin.
This is to inform all the UTME and Direct Entry candidates offered provisional admission into the University of Benin (UNIBEN) various undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session that the management of the institution has released the clearance procedure they have to follow.
UNIBEN Clearance Procedure – UTME and DE
- Go to portal.uniben.edu and click on the Login Menu.
- Log in using your User ID (JAMB Registration Number) and Password.
- You will be prompted to enter a valid email address: Provide your active personal email address to receive your Student ID and a new Password.
- Check your email for the Student ID and new Password, then return to the portal and click Login to Student Portal.
- Use the Student ID and new Password to log in again.
- To begin your Clearance Process, click on the ACADEMICS menu and then select CLEARANCE.
- To pay your Acceptance Fee, use the Bank Transfer Option on REMITA (Bank Debit Cards are non-functional).
- Important: Make sure you logout and login again to refresh your payment status.
- After paying your Acceptance Fee, proceed to fill your Clearance Form appropriately and submit for approval.
