The VC, Prof. Abdalla Uba Adamu, and Prof. Tolly Mbwatte are curently attending the Open Education Consortium organised by the ICDE in Paris.

NOUN, the only Nigerian university at the event, presented the National Policy on OER – the only African country with such policy.
